HOMEWORK
2nd Grade to 12th - Turn in each day's homework with your name, completion time, all errors corrected at home and homegraded and you will receive a stamp on your Passport. For each page filled, you will be awarded a $10.00 gift card. If your parents homegrade, you will be awarded a $15.00 gift card.

Junior Kumon to 1st Grade - Turn in each day's homework with your name, completion time, all errors corrected at home and homegraded and you will receive a sticker on for your Race-Map. For each page filled, you will be awarded a gift from the treasure chest.

ACHIEVEMENT TESTS
Each time you pass an Achievement Test, you will get a Kumon eraser or pencil. Your name will also be entered in a raffle to win a $5.00 gift card.

REACHED GRADE LEVEL*
You will be awarded an achievement ribbon once you reach Kumon Grade Level.

ADVANCED STUDENT HONOR ROLL*
You will get a trophy once you become an advanced student and for each year that you remain in the Honor Roll.

"G" BY 5*
Reach Level G by 5th grade and receive an engraved brass star. You will also get a yellow G+ Pouch.

"G-H-I" AND CLIMBING*
If you are in middle school or higher and reach G level, you will get a trophy. You will also get a G+ worksheet pouch.

LEVEL J COMPLETION*
After completing level J, you will receive an engraved plaque. You will also get a J+ worksheet pouch.

PROGRAM COMPLETION
You will receive an engraved world clock for completing the Math Program (Level O) and an engraved plaque for completing the Reading Program (Level L).

COSMIC POINTS AND PRIZES
You will earn points on a monthly basis. You may order a free gift item with a minimum of 50 points. You can earn college scholarship money! For more information, see the Cosmic Club poster and brochure posted in the waiting room or visit the Cosmic Club Website.

BIRTHDAY
See your Instructor for a special treat for you on the week of your birthday.
